What happens after you enquire

Whether you call, email or use the form, this is what to expect once you get in touch.

1. We reply within three to four hours. Every enquiry gets a response within three to four hours during business hours.
2. We arrange a site visit. Our management team visits your premises for a free assessment, with no obligation.
3. We look at how the space is used. Floor area alone says little. What matters is how many people use the building, the surfaces, and when we can get access.
4. You receive a written scope. Every quote lists the tasks, with a frequency against each one.
5. You get a fixed price. The price is fixed for the scope specified, so there is no argument later about what was included.
6. You deal directly with our manager. Not a general line.
7. There is no minimum term. If the service is not right for you, ending the contract takes one month’s notice.
